The Plastic keeps the soil warm and helps the crop to develop so that is liftings can take place in time for easter each year. The mulch is 12m wide with 500 perforations per m², the earliest fields using plastic with thermic and anti-condensation properties. This plastic is removed after around 6 weeks.
