Jersey Royals cooked in claypot with seaweed mayonnaise

 

Ingredients

250g small Jersey Royals

100g mayonnaise

50g pickled seaweed in jars

30g furikake

2tbsp sesame oil

1 lemon juice and zest

Method

1. Cook the potatoes in a clay pot on your BBQ for 15 minutes or until soft.

2. Roll the potatoes in the oil and sprinkle on the furikake.

3. Chop the pickled seaweed to a paste, add the juice and zest of lemon and fold in the mayonnaise.

4. Add all into the clay pot and serve.
