The first of the indoor crop has been lifted and is being sent to the wholesale markets.
Demand always outstrips supply at the start of the season and prices are very strong. The volume is very limited right now and so we only use our smallest grader, but as the tonnage increases we move onto larger equipment. All of the early shipments to wholesalers are done in a presentation box.
