First Outdoor Crop is Lifted

The first of the outdoor crop is now being lifted using a winch and cable system that effectively ploughs the potatoes out of the ground before they are picked up by hand.

There is a period of time when the company is digging both outdoors and still from greenhouse production in order to maintain a mix of sizes to send to the market.
