Pommes Sablées

 

Ingredients

250g medium Jersey Royals

60g salted butter

80g breadcrumbs

Thyme, Rosemary, Oregano

Smoked Paprika

Salt, pepper

Method

1. Boil the potatoes until cooked

2. Roll the cooked Jerseys in the melted butter

3. Then roll the potatoes in the toasted breadcrumbs and herbs.

4. Serve
